Prices may change without prior notice.
Additional features or changes requested after project approval may incur extra charges.
4. Payment Terms
A minimum advance payment is required before project commencement.
Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed milestones.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
All payments made are subject to applicable taxes.
5. Project Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on timely client feedback and content submission.
Delays caused by the client will automatically extend the project deadline.
NexSora TECH is not responsible for delays due to third-party services.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate project requirements.
Supply all necessary content, images, logos, and documents.
Review submitted work promptly.
Respond to approval requests within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Intellectual Property
Source code, designs, graphics, and content remain the property of NexSora TECH until full payment is received.
Upon complete payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
Third-party software and licenses remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
8. Website & Software Maintenance
AMC and maintenance services include updates, bug fixes, and technical support as defined in the selected maintenance plan. Development of new features or major modifications is not included unless specifically agreed upon.
9. Digital Marketing Services
Marketing results depend on multiple external factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market trends. NexSora TECH does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.
10. Limitation of Liability
NexSora TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, software, or services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. Third-Party Services
Our solutions may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud hosting, APIs, SMS, WhatsApp, or Google services. NexSora TECH is not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of third-party providers.
12. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the work completed.
