Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which NexSora TECH (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides refunds and handles service cancellations.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

NexSora TECH provides digital and IT-based services including website development, software solutions, hosting assistance, and technical services. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Project Cancellation

a) Cancellation by Client

A client may request cancellation of a project by submitting a written request via email.

If cancellation is requested before work has started, a partial or full refund may be considered.

If work has already begun, charges will apply based on the work completed.

b) Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

Required information or materials are not provided by the client

Payments are delayed beyond agreed timelines

The client violates agreed terms or engages in abusive conduct

In such cases, refunds (if any) will be decided after deducting completed work costs.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by mistake

Service cannot be delivered due to company limitations

Project not started after confirmed payment

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after project initiation

Completed milestones or delivered work

Delays caused by client-side issues

Domain name or hosting purchases

Third-party software or licensing costs

4. Website & Software Development Projects

Once project development has started:

Advance payments are non-refundable

Payments made for completed phases/milestones are non-refundable

Approved designs or delivered files are considered accepted work

5. Subscription or Maintenance Services

For monthly or yearly services:

Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle

No partial refunds for unused service periods

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

7–14 business days

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Immediate suspension of services

Permanent account termination

Legal recovery of delivered work value

8. Modifications to Policy

NexSora TECH reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
